Requesting Review Copies of Books

A guide to assist University of Georgia School of Law faculty to obtain review of copies of books from various publishers.

Bloomberg Law / BNA

Bloomberg phased out their print reporter publications during 2019.  Bloomberg Books does still publish print treatises, but these generally cost much more than traditional casebooks.  Many Bloomberg Books treatises are available digitally on the Bloomberg Law platform. Contact the Law Library for recommendations on utilizing Bloomberg Law in your course or identifying a different print publication to meet your needs.

Professors may request print Bloomberg Books for possible adoption on a limited 60-day examination basis, but these are not complimentary.  You will be invoiced!  Only if you notify them that a firm order has been placed for at least 10 copies for classroom use or return the copy to them within the 60 days will your invoice will be canceled. If not, you must pay the invoice.
