If you need help with any of the resources and tools recommended in this guide, the following is a list of who is the best point of contact:
Qualtrics:
- Faculty & Staff Qualtrics Assistance - For faculty and staff of the School of Law community who are brand new to Qualtrics and would like assistance getting started, contact our school's Database Administrator Kui Wang at kuiwang@uga.edu.
- Student Qualtrics Accounts - Law students may obtain access by contacting the EITS Help Desk at helpdesk@uga.edu or by phone at 706-542-3106. You must provide a valid UGA email address and your projected graduation date to obtain an account.
Zoom or Outlook:
- General Law School Assistance - For members of the School of Law community who are brand new to using these tools, there are two points of contact: Our school's IT Help Desk listserv lawit@listserv.uga.edu and UGA's EITS Help Desk at helpdesk@uga.edu
- For Faculty or Staff Assistance - If you are a faculty or staff member of the School of Law community and are in need of additional help with Zoom, Outlook, or any instructional technology related to your role at UGA contact our Instructional Support Specialist Christopher Boston at cmboston@uga.edu.
